Product Description

Continuous casting is a process inwhich liquid metal is continuously poured into one end and molding material iscontinuously pulled out from the other end. Continuous casting is suitable forthe production of copper, steel, aluminum, zinc, gold, silver and other alloyswith constant section shape and large length. Graphite Die is the key part ofcontinuous casting equipment. At present, graphite material with good thermalconductivity and certain strength is generally used in non-ferrous metalcasting mold.

The results are as follows:

1. The continuous casting graphitemold has good high temperature resistance, and the performance is still stableat high temperature, and the probability of thermal expansion and coldcontraction is greatly reduced, which can be ignored at present;

2. Graphite has good lubricity, andmetal liquid will not stick to graphite mold during solidification;

3. Graphite has good thermalconductivity, good wear resistance and high mechanical strength, which makesgraphite mold play a more and more important role in science and technology.

At present, under the premise ofthe continuous improvement of industrial production process requirements, inorder to achieve the best continuous casting effect, select the appropriategraphite material, and combined with the new production process of our company,the graphite mold is treated with oxidation resistance and wear resistance,which solves the problem of short service time of the mold on the market,greatly improves the production speed of customers and reduces the cost ofenterprise The cost of industrial production.
